Morven

After two nights in a bothy, my first objective for the day was breakfast. I saw a sign saying tearoom at Bridge of Feugh. The tea rooms were shut but I took a quick look at the bridge and the Falls of Feugh.
On arrival at the car park it stopped raining and with the path through the heather visible, I was tempted out of the car and transfered kit to my daypack. I had difficulty finding the start of the path but once found the route to the summit is clear and the going is easy. The rain returned and it was very blustery. I had difficulty doing a decent selfie on the summit as rain got on the lens of my camera and it was difficult resting it on the trig point without it blowing off. Someone had left some sweets on the trig point. This seems very generous but I am not sure that it is a good idea. If rainwater was to enter the wrappers the sweets would dissolve and the wrappers blow away. There is a box hidden within the cairn and a summit book to record ascents.
