The road up Glen Loth was covered in fresh snow so I parked the car on the A9 and biked my way up the glen. The start of the Glen Loth road is steep - too steep for the bike without wheel spin. This is why I started from her rather than taking the most direct route from the road. It was nevertheless a pleasant circuit, including the pleasant stroll back down the road to the bike.
While it was bitterly cold, it was a beautiful day giving fine views to Morven, Maiden Pap and Scaraben to the north.

I was well wrapped up on the summit but stopped long enough to drink some hot coffee, eat my lunch and take a time delay selfie.
Looking back at my first Scottish hill since 2012.
