The route did not go over this bridge. Presumably, It was constructed after the route was set or maybe they want the route to go around the harbour and past the cafes to help local businesses. You can just make out a couple of haenyeo.

This was the last Olle that I did on Jeju itself, leaving two more on the Chuja Islands located about 45 kilometers from Jeju Island and 35 kilometers from the Korean Peninsula.
I had company for this one as as Phil is younger and fitter than myself, I took only my 20-40mm lens. I was still relatively heavily laden, as Phil did not carry a backpack. I had a 22 litre pack containing a hydration bladder, lightweight waterproof jacket, head torch, glasses, compass and snack, plus of course, a DSLR camera. I held the camera in my hand throughout the walk. This was clearly not going to be a walk where I would be photographing birds, though we did see several, some of which we were not familiar with such as a meadow bunting.
Going through the photographs:
1. No idea what the plane is about. It is becoming a bit overgrown.
2. No idea about the orange octopus either.
3. Statue of a haehyeo - this one is unusual in that she is shown swimming.
4. I assume fishermen catching fish?
5&6. The two dogs are different animals. With the first one, there was a family and they dropped a child's hat. I asked if I could photograph their dog, which they were carrying in a bag. The second was at the top of an oreum and I assume they had walked up themselves rather than being carried.
7. View from the top of the oreum.
8. Succulent, possibly Pachyphytum.
9. Harbour light
10&11. Haedong-pogu
12. Ice rose in my coffee.
We did the route in under 4.5 hours not counting the coffee break. The Olle passport and website say 6-7 hours.

While sitting in a cafe near the end and looking out the window, I spotted a small bird that looked like a plover. On closer investigation, there turned out to be a second. The range of the ringed plover does not extend this far so together, we concluded that they must have been little ringed plovers.
The stamping stations had now self-inking stamps and these gave much clearer impressions than the old ones. I hope they last. Some of my other stamps are very messy and some are really difficult to make out.
