This continues from the finishing point of my walk the previous Sunday: Olle 17. I still found it difficult to find the starting point! My gps file was out of date and the Kim Man-duk Memorial Hall did not come up on the Kakao taxi app. This added on another kilometre or so to the distance of 18.7km.
The photographs below were taken while looking for the start. I knew that I was close at this point as I was in the same place the previous week. I had then taken some photographs with a 70-200 f/2.8 lens. It was good for photographing planes but today's 20-40 f/2.8-4.0 was far more sensible for this subject matter. I have no idea what these cabbage-like plants are, but they provide a bit of colour.

The official Jeju Olle website gives a time of 6-7 hours, but even with taking over 100 photos, I completed the route in around four and a half hours. Admittedly, I did not really stop for lunch, but popped into a "Nice to CU" convenience store to buy sandwiches, which I then ate on the move.
The first two pictures are of a monument at the The 4.3 History Museum of the Jujeong Factory Detention Camp. This is linked to the Jeju April 3rd uprising of 1949.

The next section was, in my opinion, the best part of the route, which traverses Sarabong Peak.
Then down to Hwabuk port. Most of the rest of the route followed the north coast, heading eastward.
